Social Club Dinners revolve around the party, but what dinner party is complete without a fabulous drink in your hand that so expertly pairs with a cool summer’s eve and mouthwatering meal prepped by your and your friends? Probably none. So, prep your muddler, pull out your favorite spirits and get ready to indulge in one of our cool cucumber cocktails or mocktails; if you’re into that sort of thing. drink collage

Cucumber Watermelon Spritzer

Ingredients:
2 ounces cucumber water
2 ounces watermelon basil fresca
1 ounce Vodka
2 ounces Sparkling water

Prep: Mix cucumber cooler, watermelon basil fresca, and vodka in shaker with ice. Pour into glass and top with sparkling water.

 

Cucumber Mojito with Vodka
Ingredients:
3 ounces cucumber, chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
1 Mint sprig
Juice of 1 lime
1 ounce white rum
soda water to top

Prep: In a tall glass add chopped cucumber, sugar, mint leaves, and lime juice. With a muddler, muddle the ingredients to release flavors. Add rum and top with soda water.

 

Cucumber Jalapeno Margarita
Ingredients:
3 ounces cucumber water
1 teaspoon agave
juice of 1 lime
1 ounce tequila
1 sprig of cilantro
*optional: 1 sliced jalapeno, seeds removed

Prep: In shaker, add all of the ingredients. Shake vigorously for ~1 minute, ice will break into small pieces. Strain from ice, and serve.

 

Lemon Lime Cucumber Cooler
Ingredients:
1 ounces fresh orange juice
juice of 1 lime
juice of 1/2 lemon
8 ounces cucumber water
1 ounce gin

Prep: Combine all ingredients and serve over ice. Garnish with cucumber and serve with straw.

 

Frozen Strawberry Cucumber Cocktail
Ingredients:
1/2 small cucumber
7 strawberries
1 ounce white rum
2 tablespoons honey
ice

Prep: In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until drink reaches a smoothie like consistency. Serve in short glass and garnish with strawberry. *optional: coat rim with sugar crystals.
